Frequently Asked Questions
- Currently we are allowing estimates to be valid for only 14 days. If it goes past 14 days we cannot guarantee availability of your requests parts and we may need to change parts on your order form. If there are any issues a sales member will notify if we need to change anything.
- We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
- We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business day, please contact us at info@voxburg.com
- Our turn around time for Custom PCs are currently two weeks from purchase date. (4000 series cards will be allocated by the date in which the order is paid.)
- RETURNS (NO EXCEPTIONS): We Strive For Customer Satisfaction, and In Case Of Unexpected Problems, We Try To Offer The Most Reasonable And Fair Solution. Return Period – 7-Day Return Policy. Items Must Be Returned In Original Condition With All Packaging And Accessories Provided At The Time Of Purchase. No Returns After 7 Days No Exception. Restocking Fees – 15% Minimum Restocking Fee On All Returns. Shipping Charges Are Non-Refundable. Custom Built PCs – Once The Build Process Starts, But Before Delivery, the Customer Can Cancel The Order With A $100 Cancellation Fee + Shipping Fee.
- Repairs – 30 Days Covering Parts And Labor from the date of repair.
- Custom PCs and Pre-Builds – 30 days from the date of purchase* Covering Parts And Labor. There’s an additional coverage option if applicable. Voxburg offers a One, Two, and Three-year warranty that covers Parts And Labor*(please read our repair disclaimer)
- New Products – 30 Days Store Warranty + Manufacturer Warranty* (if applicable) (Excluding Graphic Cards, CPUs, Motherboards, Power Supplies). If A Product Is Defective Within 30 Days Of Purchase, We Repair It Or Replace It With a Similar Product Per Our Discretion. After 30 Days, The Customer Must Contact The Manufacturer To Obtain Service Or Repair For The Product (We Will Be Glad To Assist With The Process)
- Used/Refurbished Products – 60 Days Store Warranty. If A Product Is Defective Within 60 Days Of Purchase, We Will Repair It Or Replace It With a Similar Product Per Our Discretion. (Excluding Graphic Cards, CPUs, Motherboards) All our in-house Refurbished products are tested thoroughly with a 7-point check.
- Part Upgrades or Rebuilt PCs – We are not responsible for any damage or incompatibility issues on hardware given to us by a customer. Voxburg holds the right to refuse any work even after payment was completed. A customer liability form will have to be filled out and approved before any services are rendered.

- Custom Built PCs – Once The Build Process Starts, But Before Delivery, the Customer Can Cancel The Order With A $100 Cancellation Fee.
- We currently only ship to the domestic United States of America. We hope to ship internationally soon!
- Voxburg insures all of our shipments through our shipping company. If your package does in fact arrive damaged to the packaging or the items inside, please contact our support team at support@voxburg.com and submit pictures of the entire package and the items inside. Once we receive the email we will be more than happy to assist you with your issue.
