Giveaway Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: This giveaway is open to all individuals aged 13 and above US/Canada, except where prohibited by law. Employees of VOXBURG and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Entry period: The giveaway will begin on 7/12/2023 at 12:00 pm and end on 7/31/2023 at 11:00 pm. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
- How to enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must follow the steps in Rewards on the VOXBURG webpage. Only one entry per person per household will be accepted. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.
- Giveaway: The giveaway consists of a VOXBURG official Deskpad. The design, color, and brand of the mouse pad will be determined by VOXBURG and are subject to availability. The giveaway is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives. There’s a limited quantity of Deskpads (100 Deskpad to be given away)
- Prize delivery: VOXBURG will bear the shipping costs to deliver the Deskpad to the winners. The estimated delivery time may vary based on the winners' location and is subject to potential delays beyond the hosting company's control.
- Privacy: Any personal information collected during this giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with any third parties.
- Publicity: By participating in the giveaway, you agree to the use of your name and/or social media handles for promotional and marketing purposes unless prohibited by law.
- Disqualification: VOXBURG reserves the right to disqualify any entries that violate these terms and conditions or attempt to manipulate or disrupt the giveaway. In such cases, alternate winners may be selected.
- Liability: VOXBURG and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be held responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
- Law and jurisdiction: This giveaway will be governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America.
By entering this giveaway, participants fully and unconditionally agree to these terms and conditions.
